Lauren Lamberton

I am Lauren, a play therapist, supervisor and a social worker. I have spent all my working life supporting children therapeutically. I love to see trainees develop and grow in their play therapy journey.

I am a busy Mum of three musical theatre loving children, so spend a lot of time facilitating rehearsals, and going to the theatre. I also love to travel, and always planning the next adventure. Swimming is my way to destress and keep moving.

You’ll never catch me without a travel plan….

My favourite play therapy medium is messy play  - I love the healing that goes on once we can get absorbed in the play.
