Lauren Pike

I’m Lauren Pike. I’m a play and creative arts therapist and I am training to become a clinical supervisor. I am passionate about working creatively with people to support personal development. I believe we all deserve to thrive, and not just survive. Play and Creative Arts Therapy is a non-directive therapeutic way of working using various creative mediums such as sand, clay, music and paint, through which you can explore emotional, social and behavioural challenges and work towards a resolution. I am accredited coach, coach supervisor and Parent Child Attachment Play (PCAP) practitioner. I work with parents in a coaching capacity to support with parenting challenges and concerns. I work in private practice in Sidcup, Kent and I also go into schools locally to provide my services.
