Laura Asafu-Adjaye
I am a certified play and creative arts therapist, and senior clinical supervisor, bringing over a decade of experience in therapeutic work with children and adolescents. My current role is situated within a special educational needs school, where I support students aged 5-19, facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, alongside providing guidance to the staff who work with them. Additionally, I am trained as a practitioner in therapeutic life story work and dyadic parent-child therapy. I offer creative clinical supervision to both trainee and qualified play therapists, in addition to school staff, fostering professional development and enhancing therapeutic practices.
