Hi, I’m Ashleigh! I offer therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and therapists through a creative, trauma-informed, and relational approach. I work in both private and schools across Central Bedfordshire, North London and North West London, using child-led creative expression to support emotional wellbeing and help young people make sense of their experiences in a way that feels safe and meaningful. Alongside my therapy work, I offer creative supervision for therapists. My approach supports the development of therapeutic identity through reflection, creativity, and relational depth. Face-to-face supervision is available in Dunstable, with limited space in North West London. I offer reduced rates for trainee and newly qualified therapists, as I believe accessible support is vital in the early stages of practice. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces where emotions can be explored with care, curiosity, and creativity.
