Anna Lidzey
• I am an Art Therapist and Supervisor with over 30 years of experience in the field. Since 2009 I have been supervising PTUK Play Therapists and Trainees, creating supportive spaces for professional growth. • I take particular care in nurturing supervisees who may experience self-doubt, using creative approaches and mindfulness techniques to help them develop insight into their own developmental journey and their clients' needs. • My professional background includes extensive experience in CAMHS, children's homes, and specialist schools, with particular expertise supporting looked-after and adopted children. As such I have specialized in navigating the complex intersections of attachment difficulties, trauma, and neurodiversity. • I am a trained Systemic Practitioner and EMDR Practitioner; and have trained with and am registered with Gendered Intelligence to offer informed and unbiased therapy for both children and adults who are gender questioning. • My practice is available both in-person (near Diss or in Norwich) and online.
