"My name is Katerina Tsimila, MSc, and I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor working with children, adults, families, and couples in private practices in Neo Faliro, Voula, and Neo Psychiko. I specialize in play therapy and creative arts therapy for both adults and children. I hold a Master’s degree in Person-Centred Counselling from the University of Strathclyde, in collaboration with ICPS College, and have completed advanced training in Person-Centred Family Therapy (ICPS College), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (ICEFFT), and Play Therapy(PTI/PTGR). I'm a Clinical Supervisor(PTI/PTGR) and trainer for Play Therapy Greece and APAC. I place strong emphasis on trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches and continued my training in Thera play level one (Theraplay Institute) and Dyadic Developmental Practice, Psychotherapy and Parenting level one (DDPI).My ongoing professional development focuses on the prevention and treatment of family-related difficulties and on strengthening family relationships. I am trained in Attachment-Based Therapies for children and young people with trauma-related issues ( biological, adoptive, or foster families). My practice is dedicated to fostering emotional safety, strengthening relational bonds, and supporting clients in developing effective and meaningful coping strategies."
