Accreditation Application
Accreditation applications will be accepted where the below requirements are met;
- One year post qualification as a certified play therapist.
- Completion of a minimum of 450 supervised clinical hours:
- 100 during certificate training.
- Optional 50 clinical hours post certificate as Certified Practitioner in Therapeutic Play Skills (up to 50 maximum).
- 100 during diploma training.
- 200/250 clinical hours post diploma qualifying.
- A minimum of 1.5 hours supervision every month with a registered PTUK/PTI supervisor
- All client and clinical supervision data recorded on Fortuna.
- Completion of annual CPD requirements, 30 hours per year.
- Continued membership with PTUK/PTI
If all requirements are met, congratulations this is a huge clinical and academic achievement.
