Claire qualified as a Play Therapist in 2008 and a Supervisor in 2015 and brings a wealth of experience to her company Inspire You. She is an integrated practitioner also being qualified in SFBT, CBT EMDR, NLP, Breathwork and Coaching to name a few. Claire has worked in Social Care, NHS (CAMHS and ADULTS), schools and voluntary sector as well as having her own private practice since 2008. Claire is passionate about supporting children, adults and organisations with work-life balance, focusing on clarity, routine, lifestyle and emotional regulation in her work, supporting clients to thrive and become the best version of themselves. She is currently rolling out supervision skills training across schools to support schools support their staff.
